How do volunteers join?
Share the six-character code or the invitation link. Volunteers pick a team and a shift from their phone, no account required.
Can I change teams after going live?
Open event settings or the team controls to edit your plan. Review current assignments before changing coverage.
How do I make someone a team lead?
Open People → Team leads and press Make lead next to their name. The person needs an account before they can become a team lead.
For team leads
What can I do that volunteers can’t?
Manage coverage, mark requests sorted, message your team and escalate requests to the organizer.
Someone didn’t show up.
Open Crew to review coverage and reassign a crew member, or send a coverage request to the organizer.
For volunteers
Do I need an account?
“Just check in” keeps your shift in this browser only. An account lets you see all your events in one place.
How do I check in?
Open your shift and select check in when you arrive. Ask your lead if you need help finding your station.
I lost my code.
Ask your organizer or team lead, or scan the QR poster at the event.
